It Wasnt Like Christmas At All…
Before I closed the doors to it, my old blog “Fighting In Pubs” used to run a week of guest posters in the first week of December espousing the thrills and miseries of Christmas, whilst I had a cheeky break.
And thus as we get to 2007, I was considering bringing the theme week back but then my pal Tim Jerkington [citation needed] suggested that instead of several stories, why not run one big festive tale all the way through December? Told by a number of people? Three paragraphs a day? And done in old school-style “only seeing the last three lines” writing fashion?
So, the question is - who’d be in for it? It’ll run for 24 days, starting on Saturday and ending on Christmas Eve. All of it should be as silly as you like.
